QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from Electrical and Electronics Engineering or other related engineering departments,
• Minimum 2-year experiences in related area. Experience in home automation (preferably KNX bus) industry,
• Familiar with KNX and DALI products will be preferred,
• Advanced level of both spoken and written English language,
• Strong analytical thinking and strategic planning skills,
• Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills,
• Dynamic and result-oriented,
• Able to adapt to flexible working hours,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Resident on the European side of Istanbul,

JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time role as an KNX Technical Support Engineer located on-site in Basaksehir, Turkey.

• Providing technical support for customers by phone, e-mail, remote connection and on-site, if necessary,
• Providing technical support our KNX, DALI and MODBUS smart products,
• Able to make video conference with the customer for needed technical support,
• Providing technical support for export sales department,
• Providing technical support after project,
• Providing training to our customers together with the sales team in which you take the role of product-technical specialist,
• Recommendation our customers on the use of our high-end home and hotel automation solutions. You will ask the right questions to understand the customers issues and provide a solution,
• International field visits and feasibility studies when necessary. (No travel restriction),
