We are looking for Automation Engineer to join Maintenance team in Biotechnological Products Production Facility (AbdiBio) at Esenyurt campus.  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of science  in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 2 years of automation experience
• Understanding of Engineering Calculations
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), 21 CFR Part 11, Data İntegrity Requirements
• Strong analtical/statistical problem solving
• Able to work in shifts when it is required

Job Description

• Responsible for the site Data Historians, BMS and the site HMI/PLC based process control systems
• To maintain current automation and control systems
• Routine monitoring of automation systems
• To define advance monitoring tools (advanced control solutions must be capable of predicting what might ocur within a batch  or unit operation and act accordingly to correct it
• Advanced sensor calibrations
• To control infrastructure for BYS, Distributed control system and data acquisition systems
• To control equipments scada system
• To drive technical collabration with IT, CSV and related deparments
• To integrate equipments, connectivity of enable mobile data, collection and aggregation
• To ensure process safety
• To drive process efficiency and cost reduction by leveraging sensors, multivariate data analytics, and advanced process control
• To perform troubleshooting and mainteance activites on site equipment and systems
• To prepare quality documents (SOPs, PMs), author and manage Change control.
• To coordinate support groups and vendors and contractors
