We are looking for Packaging Specialist to join our Fill & Finish department in Biotechnological Products Production Facility (AbdiBio) at Esenyurt campus. This role will be directly reporting to AbdiBio Fill & Finish Supervisor.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Masters’s Degree in a scientific or engineering discipline, as well as more than 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical field.
• A candidate must be fluent in both written and spoken English.

• Prior experience in the fill-finish and packaging of biosimilar molecules and insulins is required.

Job Description

• A candidate should have prior experience with biosimilars and insulin technology transfer.
• A candidate should have hands-on experience with fully automated packaging equipment such as labelling, automatic visual inspection, CCIT, blister packaging, serialization, and aggregation equipment, among other things.

• A candidate should be familiar with shipping or transportation validations.

• The candidate should have prior experience shipping finished and semi-finished goods.

• As needed, a candidate should assist with equipment selection, detailed design, commissioning, and qualification.

• A candidate should have prior experience conducting feasibility studies in the fill-finish and packaging areas.

• A candidate should be familiar with the use of single-use technologies in the fill and finish areas.

• A candidate should supervise fill finish and packaging operations for trial and clinical material generation.
