We are looking for Warehouse & Dispensing Specialist to join our Production team in Biotechnological Products Production Facility (AbdiBio) at Esenyurt campus. This role is directly reporting to the AbdiBio Production Supervisor.

Required Qualifications

•         Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) from an accredited college or university with an emphasis in a scientific or engineering discipline, as well as more than 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical field.
•         A candidate must be fluent in both written and spoken English.

•        A candidate must be able to direct all the dispensing and warehouse-related activities.

•         A candidate must be able to manage to dispense raw materials, consumables, and secondary packing materials.

•       Assures proper inventory control and accurate delivery of materials.

•         Manages appropriate storage of materials based on composition and in accordance with cGMP SOPs.

•         Ascertain the completeness and accuracy of dispensing & warehouse documentation in accordance with approved procedures.

•         Preferably knowledgeable in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).

•         Experienced in the Qmex system.

•        Experienced in SAP systems.

•         Manages cleanroom and housekeeping-related activities.

•       A candidate must be able to motivate the team.

•       Draft and revise relevant documents such as SOPs, Batch Records, and Validation Protocols.

•         Can manage calibration of weighing scales.

•       Other responsibilities may be assigned.
