QUALIFICATIONS 

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position
• Hotel or hospitality industry experience
• Excellent command of English
• Skill in speaking clearly, using appropriate vocabulary and grammatically correct Turkish
• Excellent command of MS Word, Excel, Opera and Outlook
• Able to work as guest oriented
• Able to maintain guest confidentiality
• Exceptional ability in professional telephone etiquette
• Ability to work with others in close manner
• Able to handle effectively and calmly the emergency 

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Answering high volume of incoming calls and maintaining a response rate swiftly in accordance with agreed standards
• Directing external calls to designated departments or individuals
• Transferring internal calls across departments and between staff
• Setting up and confirming scheduled and conference calls when required
• Creating, updating, and distributing a call directory to all departments
• Understanding and responding effectively and clearly to addressed requests in person or over the phone, and to written or verbal instructions
• Communicating and liaising in writing and verbally between suppliers, customers, visitors, enquirers, or relevant staff
• Establishing and maintaining efficient working relationships with supervisors, co-workers, and the customers
• Operating various standard office machines, which include personal computer, various software, fax, calculator, phone, photocopy machine, and shredding machine, etc.
• Scheduling routine maintenance and facilitating urgent repairs of PBX equipment
• Filing data and performing routine assigned clerical duties
