We are looking for a "Administrative Assistant" for our customer operating in automotive industry.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High level of speaking and writing proficiency in English
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
  • Experience in Logo ERP system
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with a focus on ensuring deadlines are accurately met
  • Proven ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong verbal and written communications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, organizational skills required

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence

·         Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents

·         Order office supplies

·         Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping

·         Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

·         Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings

·         Collate and distribute mail

·         Book travel arrangements

·         Research and creates presentations

·         Handle multiple projects

·         Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques

·         Reply to email, telephone, or face to face inquiries

·         Supervise the work of junior staff
