We are looking for a "Electrical Engineer" for our customer who has established itself as a major player in “Energy Sector”.

QUALIFICATIONS

•Minimum 10 years Electrical & Instrument experience and 3 years in maintenance job. 

•Determines schedules, sequences, and assigns work activities based on work priority, quantity of equipment, and skill of personnel.

•Inspecting facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.§Recruiting, supervising and training Electrical & Instrument technicians.

•He must have the functional and technical knowledge and skills to manage activities in the Production Facility with high level of competency.

•Must have experience communicating effectively with his managers, peers and clients both in writing and verbally. 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

•Provide Operational /Maintenance support at the location for the optimum performance of  the equipment 

•Support Asset Integrity team to maintain Plant Electrical & Instrument integrity 

Process Safety / Asset Integrity / Occupational HSE :

•Responsible for the compliance to all procedures as defined in the OPF PSAIM standard, and any Facility Specific Procedure related to PSAIM. Drive/Improve PSAIM self-assessment 2/y 

 •Responsible for Permit To Work Procedures adherence and for maintaining the site clean/organized at all times 

 •Responsible for the SQ and HSE Incident Reporting, Remedial Work Plan closure. 

 •Responsible for the safety of Personnel at the location 

 •Lead a daily evening safety meeting with the crew

People :

•Responsible to ensure Roles and Responsibilities have been assigned to all Electrical & Instrument team personnel in the facility.

•Responsible to ensure the E&I team personnel in the Facility have the required competencies to perform the tasks assigned to them.

Production Activities :

•Provide trouble shooting support for Electrical & Instrument related issues and/or coordinate with external expert resource for troubleshooting when required. 

 •Responsible for weekly/monthly/annual maintenance/ calibration activities and record keeping, 

 •Compliance with inspection planning (Electrical & Instrument Integrity / SCE Etc.) 

 •CMMS database update 

 •Full Preparation for the scheduled facility shut down maintenance (Electrical & Instrument) 

 •Responsible for ordering and maintaining minimum stock for Electrical & Instrument spare parts at the location. 

 •Inventory management under Electrical & Instrument team 

 •Comply to all approved operational and safety procedure in place
