We are looking for an After Sales Services Specialist for our business partner operating in construction equipments industry with the qualifications below;


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering departments,
  • Having experience in after-sales services for construction equipment spare parts
  • Proficiency in English and/or Russian languages
  • Highly competent in planning, reporting and presentation
  • Having effective communication skills
  • Prone to teamwork and cooperation
  • No domestic and international travel restrictions
  • Having B class driver's license
  • No military obligations for male candidates.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM's
  • Having experience in providing technical trainings


Job Description

  • Providing after-sales service support for foreign dealers in CIS Countries, covering the markets in the determined areas, in accordance with the strategic plan and goals of the company,
  • Providing relevant technical trainings.
  • Providing support for warranty issues of products,
  • Performing dealer development and spare parts sales activities,
  • Regularly visiting authorized services and end users,
  • Analyzing customer needs and providing necessary solutions.
