We are looking for a Human Resources & Administrative Affairs Specialist for our global customer with qualifications below;


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related fields
  • At least 3-4 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in industrial production
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Residence in Kocaeli,
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications,
  • Experience in payroll calculation, KVKK and BES processes,
  • Knowledge about labor rights,


Job Description

  • Conducting Human Resources and Administrative Affairs activities in the context of business processes, procedures and principles,
  • Maintaining all operations such as recruitment, training and development, compensation and fringe benefits,
  • Taking an active role in global human resources projects,
  • Execution of recruitment and dismissal processes, posting and follow-up of advertisements and ensuring compliance with the legislation,
  • Managing personnel documentation,
  • Carrying out the orientation processes of the newly recruited personnel,
  • Following the personnel attendance tracking system,
  • Conducting personal development and training processes and making training plans,
  • Supporting personnel payroll processes,
  • Monitoring data security and individual pension systems,
  • Collaborating with purchasing to meet the necessary material demands of the employees,
  • Conducting relevant negotiations for processes such as food, safety and service, providing audits in accordance with the provisions of the contract,
  • Follow-up of subcontractors' processes and contracts,
  • Organizing the transportation of the employees and determining the shifts,
  • Following the process by making agreements in administrative activities,
