We are looking for a "Mechanical Lead" for our customer who has established itself as a major player in “Energy Sector”.

QUALIFICATION

• Minimum 10 years mechanical experience and 3 years in maintenance job. 
• Good communication skills and English language
• Inspecting facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance. 
• Preparing weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work. 
• Recruiting, supervising and training maintenance technicians. 
• He must have the functional and technical knowledge and skills to manage activities in the Production Facility with high level of competency. 
• Must have experience communicating effectively with his managers, peers and clients both in writing and verbally. 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

Process Safety / Asset Integrity / Occupational HSE : 

• Responsible for the compliance to all procedures as defined in the OPF PSAIM standard, and any Facility Specific Procedure related to PSAIM. Drive/Improve PSAIM self-assessment 2/y 

• Responsible for Permit To Work Procedures adherence and for maintaining the site clean/organized at all times 

• Responsible for the SQ and HSE Incident Reporting, Remedial Work Plan closure. 

 • Responsible for the safety of Personnel at the location • Lead a daily evening safety meeting with the crew 

People : 

• Responsible to ensure Roles and Responsibilities all mechanical team personnel in the facility. 

• Responsible to ensure the mechanical team personnel in the Facility have the required competencies to perform the tasks assigned to them. 

 Production Activities : 

• Provide trouble shooting support for mechanical related issues and/or coordinate with external expert resource for troubleshooting when required. 

• Responsible for weekly/monthly/annual maintenance/ calibration activities and record keeping, 

• Compliance with inspection planning (Mechanical Integrity / RBI Etc.) 

• CMMS/RBI database update 

• Full Preparation for the scheduled facility shut down maintenance (mechanical) 

• Responsible for ordering and maintaining minimum stock for Mechanical spare parts at the location. 

• Inventory management under mechanical team 

• Comply to all approved operational and safety procedure in place
