Cost Accounting Associate - Adidas (External)

Purpose:

Contributes to corporate efficiency and values by book-keeping and controlling data entry of invoices for expenses and recording vendor/customer accounts on time and accurately 

Key Responsibilities:

·       Cost accounting billing process monitoring and posting.

·       Follows on time and accurately all sales accounts payable in line with defined standards.

·       Domestic and international and transport invoices booking to accounts

·       Handles bookkeeping of custom and freight invoices.

·       Domestic goods purchase invoices booking to accounts

• Handles bookkeeping of logistic sales checked monthly
• Handles following and completion  missing  accounting documents of invoice, delivery note, note of expense, tax free etc.)

Requisite Education and Experience:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields from a reputable university

·       Minimum 2 years working experience in preferably Accounting / Finance area is an asset

·       SAP knowledge is an asset

·       Good at written & spoken English

·       Strong knowledge of MS Office Programs especially excel

·       Strong interest in Accounting and long term career goal in Accounting & Finance fields.

·       Willing to learn Turkish tax laws and legal system

·       Team oriented

·       Excellent problem solving, analytical and presentation skills,

·       Analytical mind with strong planning and organization skills, ability to realize task to deadline
