IT Innovation Specialist

We are looking for an "IT Innovation Specialist" to work in the Business Technologies team.

General Qualifications

• University degree from a reputable university in Engineering, Business or related fields; MBA will be preferred.
• Min 3 years of experience in entrepreneurship and technology consultancy in consultancy firms,
• Experienced in entrepreneurship, innovation and business development processes for companies,
• Experienced in developing B2B technology products
• Knowledge of entrepreneurship and R&D projects, financing, national and international support projects,
• Skills and experience in doing research in product development processes
• Ability to build bridges between technical teams and non-technical internal/external customers,
• Knowledge of design thinking, lean startup approaches,
• Interested in new technologies, new generation business models, digital transformation, and eager to develop in these areas,
• Have used rapid prototyping tools or are open to learning these tools,
• Experience in areas such as software development, design, marketing or project management,
• Experienced in data management, databases, analysis and reporting / will be able to improve himself,
• Very good level of English,
• Absence of domestic – international travel barriers.

 Job Description

• To follow and analyze business development and investment opportunities technologically in the medium-long term target and strategy determination processes of business technologies, to evaluate possible opportunities and potential risks in coordination with the relevant units and to report them to the senior management,
• Identifying the technological areas where service can be provided with the university/academician portfolio, suppliers and initiatives, determining business development activities and establishing collaborations,
• Taking an active role in identifying issues with high potential for entrepreneurship and commercialization, creating and reporting solutions,
• Following up-to-date technologies on topics such as Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, RPA, Fintech, DATA and informing IT management,
• Preparing roadmaps for the development of products, technologies and cooperation that are used or can be used,
• Collecting, consolidating, analyzing, preparing all necessary infrastructure and creating reports and presentations, in coordination with the relevant internal units, for all reports and presentations that the department produces periodically or for all reports and presentations created upon the request of the senior management;
• Developing and implementing project ideas and cooperation proposals that will contribute to the growth, corporate identity and technological development of the department;
• Taking an active role in Innovation studies and Product development projects within the company,
• Playing an active role in the patent application processes within the company and supporting the teams.
