Reporting to Sales & CRM Technologies Manager, we are looking for a Sales & CRM Technologies Technical Expert. Sales & CRM Technologies Technical Expert is responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions for sales channel teams and CRM domain. This involves creating a plan for overall architecture of the sales channels and CRM systems and technologies including applications, devices, software etc. This role plays a key role in designing and implementing technical solutions that support the operations of the sales teams and ensuring that those solutions are effective, efficient and meet the needs of the business.

General Requirements

• At least 7 years of relevant experience
• Relevant 4-year engineering graduation from reputable universities.
• Advanced in English
• Hand zone experience in open source environment
• Preferably with experience in leading teams
• Deep expertise in at least one of the technologies such as JSP, Struts, Javascript, ReactJs, HTML\5, CSS\3
• Deep expertise in at least one of the technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud
• Deep expertise in at least one of the technologies such as DB Hibernate, SQL, NoSql (DB2, Oracle, Mongo)
• Experience in managing Git, Gradle, Maven, Liquibase, DevOps processes
• Experience at least one of the technologies such as Integration ESB, Camel, Kafka, Spring Data Flow etc.
• Experience at least one of the technologies such as Apiman for API Management, Keycloak, Swagger – OpenApi, oAuth
• Experience at least one of the technologies such as Selenium, JUnit, Nexus, Sonarqube, Jira, BitBucket, Bamboo
• Experience at least one of the technologies such as nn premise cloud Docker, Kubernetes/Openshift, Service Mesh

Job Description

• To perform technical analysis, technical design, database design and architectural infrastructure studies when necessary
• To design and implement technical solutions suitable for the architectural structure in line with the needs
• Detailed examination of those that will add value to the application infrastructure by following new technologies, suggesting the appropriate ones and implementing the necessary application framework development
• The server/hardware required by the technical architecture and performance needs, determining and directing their needs
• Reviewing the codes written in the projects and following the code quality processes when necessary, guiding the teams to identify and correct the developments that do not comply with the application development standards
• To make unit tests of the applications developed, to create the necessary test scenarios for this purpose
• To perform performance, system and load tests of the applications developed
• Supporting integration and user acceptance tests, correcting the errors reported in the tests
• To complete the assigned tasks in accordance with the software development, quality and performance standards, on time, within the budget and within the determined scope, by complying with the processes.
• To ensure that all types of system changes and the transfer of the new program to the production environment, for which the test has been completed, for which he is responsible
• Provide resolution of reported and assigned production environment issues
• To take an active role in making the necessary developments by taking a role within the framework of the job description given in the studies on improving the software development process and increasing the software quality
