The international technology company Ajax Systems opens a full-cycle production facility in Turkey for 400 employees.

 Ajax Systems is the largest developer and manufacturer of security systems in Europe. The back office, R&D department, and two full-cycle production facilities are located in Ukraine. The company has branch offices worldwide: UAE (Dubai), Italy, Spain, Germany, Poland, Canada, and many other regions. We invite Senior Recruitment Specialist to join Ajax Turkey Team, this role is high impact, driving talent philosophy, architecture, implementation, and best practices across the company. This position is a key strategic role in the company helping to grow the business and allowing us to build a unique and strong team at Ajax.

Location: Istanbul, DESBAŞ 
Reports to: General Manager 

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead all recruitment activities mainly white-collar positions of the Company,
• Design recruiting procedures (e.g. job application, assessment methodology),
• Manage the interview, assessment, and shortlisting processes,
• Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques,
• Create the onboarding process of the new joiners and support all necessary steps regarding to provide the necessary communication,
• Develop and lead onboarding process for new joiners and act as a point of contact for all recruitment processes,
• Manage contracts, job specifications, and terms of employment with successful candidates,
• Plan, establish, and oversee the company’s Job Boards presence related to recruitment needs,
• Coordinate organizational changes in line with staffing standards,
• Develop and monitor key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting recruiting results,
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields,
• 4+ years of relevant experience in a similar role,
• Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization,
• Excellent organizational and time management skills,
• Business knowledge of Turkish and English,
• Excellent at both verbal and written communication.
