University Degree (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade)

Minimum 4 years experience in foreign trade sector, 

Excellent command of both written and spoken English,

Analytical and strong interpersonal skills such as planning, self-motivation, determination,

Strong in team work and in human relations

Job description:

Makes sure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while developing the new customers

Receive orders from customers and enter into the system in order to ensure agreed customer requirements are comprehensively recorded and correct documentation accompanies the goods.

Invoice orders ensuring that they are accurate and actioned in the correct accounting period so that customers pay on time and in full.

Preparing reports to track import operations metrics

Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing clients and distributors.

Execution of the import trade processes.

Following the processes from the ordering to the delivery of the goods.
