We are currently seeking a Procurement and Stock Reliability Engineer!

MAIN MISSIONS

Procurement:

• Is responsible for analyzing external supply requirements according to CBN calculation and for achieving delivery dates, which ensue.
• Is responsible for monitoring purchase orders and chasing up suppliers, follow up and reprimand suppliers regarding any disputes arising.
• Must draw up indicators (service rates, provisional purchases, stock level…) respecting the objectives of superiors.
• Is responsible for daily monitoring (modifications, end of life...).
• According to the organization and on the request of the manager, additional tasks may be required to be carried out within the department.
• Must apply all the Quality, Environmental and Safety procedures and operating instructions within the framework of operations linked to his/her job and the rules defined by the Group.

Stock Reliability:

Must guarantee the stock accuracy and therefore make sure that the flow management rules are applied correctly within the site. Must analyse the discrepancies identified, set up and follow-up the various action plans

Delivery Process:

• Must organize and manage inventories.
• Must guarantee the consistency of the physical and electronic flows.
• Must suggest and lead the action plans in order to reach the objectives defined by his/her superiors.
• Must draw up, follow and suggest indicators that are suitable to assess the performance of the site.
• Must apply all the Quality, Environmental and Safety procedures and operating instructions within the framework of operations linked to his/her job and the rules defined by the Group.

Information Treatment Process:

• Must optimize the existing computerized tools in partnership with the IT Systems Direction and the Internal Competence Centre (CCI), and suggest new ones

SKILLS PROFILE

Qualifications and Experience

University Degree + (minimum) 2 years study in Logistics strengthened by a significant experience in production management within an industrial just-in-time environment.

Professional abilities:

• Good telephone manner, good interpersonal skills, autonomous, takes initiative, tenacious.
• Knowledge of software packages (Word, Excel…).
• Knowledge of one or more foreign languages is a plus; English is required.
• Leadership, analysis, strong suggestion-making abilities.

Technical Knowledge :

• Elementary knowledge of the ‘Computer-assisted Production Management’ system is a plus.
• Knowledge of stock management within ERP system.
• Perfect command of flow management rules and tools
