About You

If You Have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics / Mathematics / Econometrics/ Computer Science or equivalent experience,
• 4+ years experience with similar positions,
• Built advanced predictive analytics models and manipulate data sets,
• Fluency in Python,
• Hands on experience with deep learning (CNN, RNN, LSTM),
• Hands on experience with libraries like Tensorflow, Keras, PyTorch, etc.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Big data frameworks such as Hadoop and Spark,
• Experience in building and applying machine learning/predictive modeling in real-world use cases,
• A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques,
• Work collaboratively with various teams to collect and interpret the data, and then communicate the insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders,
• Experience with computer vision is a plus.

What You’ll Do:

• Understanding complex operational business problems and take full ownership and responsibilities of turning big data into actionable insights with statistics and machine learning,
• Conducting advanced statistical analysis to provide actionable insights, identify trends, measure performance and visualize the processed data,
• Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques, and business strategies,
• Analyze and extract relevant information from large amounts of historical data to help automate and optimize key processes,
• Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy,
• Prepare pre and post analysis on projects and new features,
• Work with a team of developers to ship your models to production.
