Financial Control and Reporting Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Our company is one of the leading multinational company in food and ingredients sector. For our future plans, we are looking for a financial controller based in Mersin/Turkiye;

• Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or similar Departments of a reputable university,
• Experience in production environment company,
• Understanding of IFRS principles and their applications on manufacturing environment
• Minimum 5 years of experience in audit, reporting or controlling (Audit background or Turkish CPA certificate is a big plus),
• Excellent command of English in both speaking and writing,
• Willing to travel frequently,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications especially in Excel and Word (proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics AX system is a big plus)
• Strong analytical and spoken communication skills,
• Ability to work in flexible hours and to handle multiple tasks in a deadline oriented  environment,
• For male candidates, military service should be completed

Job Description

• To assist the Country Controller and be actively involved in
• Preparation of the monthly consolidated financial statements according to IFRS
• Reporting of key figures to the Top management
• Review monthly inter-company and third party reconciliation processes
• Review the internal controls according to Company’s processes and manuals (SOX)
• Working with External auditors and providing necessary information & documentation
• Ad-Hoc tasks from the Country Controller
