We are looking for a passionate Lead Engineer - Automation. Join our team at Refrigerator Product Directorate. Lead Engineer - Automation takes part in the development of Arçelik production systems. It carries out projects to improve quality, efficiency and work safety.What awaits you in this role? 
    • Developing and implementing robotics, line automation, image processing, artificial intelligence projects to improve quality and efficiency of production
    • Managing outsourced automation projects
    • Applying solutions that will improve occupational safety
    • Performing maintenance tasks when necessary with the maintenance team The position is located in Eskişehir.  How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Electric/Electronics, Control, Automation)
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in ABB, KUKA robotic automation projects (YASKAWA, UR is a plus)
• Hands-on experience in Siemens and/or Omron automation systems (PLC, OP, SCADA, RFID etc)
• Knowledge of industrial communication systems (Profinet, DeviceNet etc)
• Knowledge of C#, Python, SQL is a plus
• Knowledge of image processing is a plus
• Knowledge of Data Science - Machine Learning and Deep Learning Algorithms is a plus
• Analysis and decision-making skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
