• Developing and maintaining Holiday/Peak/non-Peak season operational plans with 3PL’s to maximize capacity needs and to ensure on-time performance,
• Monitoring and managing freight as well as multiple logistics 3PL partners’ performance for shipping, brokerage, domestic distribution under e-commerce,
• Resolving shipping and distribution related issues and provide feedback with systematic Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Actions - Preventive Actions (CAPA) Plan,
• Providing guidance to other functions (such as marketing) on logistics e-commerce related matters to enhance efficiency of operations (e.g. distribution of sales materials),
• Analysing areas of e-commerce logistics for network optimization and cost efficiency for both Align and customer,
• Proactively identifying outbound transportation cost savings opportunities (e.g. routing of split shipments, , accessorial spend review) and work with cross-functional partner to accomplish,
• Developing and maintaining security of supply chain in WH and transportation processes,
• Searching and developing new methods for ergonomic work stations in the Warehouse.
• Defining, monitoring and improving the KPIs,
• Improving the efficiency of the workforce, MTM analysis, simulation studies,
• To develop savings projects related to logistics operations in line.

The position is located in Erzurum.   How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields,
• Having experience in analytics, management consultancy, production, retail, finance or reporting processes,
• Min. 3+ years hands-on experience with relevant set of skills
• Strong knowledge of mathematics, statistics, data analytics and driving results
• Strong knowledge of microsoft office programs,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies,
• Outside the box thinking ability,
• Open to innovation culture,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives
• A great team player with a self initiative mindset,
