Qualifications & Requirements;

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electric Electronical Engineering or MIS,
• At least 5 years of experience in payment systems at financial sector
• Participated in issuing, acquiring and digital payment projects
• Having knowledge of Card Payment Systems workflow and operations is preferred.
• Have a level of English knowledge to follow the business requirements and the payment system literature
• Experienced in analysis - software development and testing life cycle processes
• SQL, XML and command line scripts are not unknown to you,
• Strong analytical, creative problem-solving and communication skills,
• Working experience with Agile software development processes,
• Strong understanding of the SDLC and communication competencies between developers and business stakeholders,
• Able to successfully manage and coordinate simultaneous project deliverables across groups and teams,

Job Description;

• Gather and analyze requirements. Organize and document business needs to enable design and development, including elicitation and documentation of AS IS/TO BE workflow analysis, gap analysis, timelines, use-cases, and functional and UX requirements
• Works with stakeholders to identify requirements for product
• Create methods to capture, process and organize complex data using SQL
• Performing business process design, functional and technical analysis for business requirements in software projects
• Conducting documentation process and encouraging development teams to implement
