QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Define and implement the all Apaz and Apaz Group Company customer experience strategy and roadmap working across the group.
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the competitive landscapes in which they operate, and the customer experiences delivered by Apaz and Apaz Group Companies
  • Designing and executing end-to-end CRM processes. Ensuring that customer at all touch points can be individually reported; in this way, monitoring the customer potential as a KPI, evaluating the feedback from Sales & Operations
  • Managing Apaz Contact Center and designing call process
  • Leading CX function internally across Apaz Group Companies to ensure they deliver the best customer centric experiences.
  • Driving customer engagement, customer experience training and retention program.
  • Working with key stakeholders across the business to improve customer experiences.
  • Managing and owning the end-to-end Voice of the Customer Program.
  • Designing CX KPIs and metrics to be measured across the group and set the SLAs with the Businesses.
  • Analyzing CX KPIs (NPS, CSAT, CES, etc.) coming from di?erent sources/systems and the impact on CX KPIs on business and customer KPIs (CLV, Sales, etc.)
  • Analyzing the root causes of CX issues along the journey.
  • Responsible for the creation, execution and ongoing ownership and supporting of customer experience projects, rollouts and iterations.
  • Developing views of both present and future customer journeys through quality research.
  • Developing customer needs and use cases throughout a customer journey.
  • Leading facilitated sessions in customer journey mapping and service blueprinting.
