Human Resources Specialist

We are looking for a full-time “Human Resources Specialist” to join our team working in the Chemical Industry located in Gebze - Dilovası.

•  Bachelor's degree preferably from Social Sciences, Business Administration or other related field. A Master of Human Resources or MBA degree is an asset,
• At least 3 years of experience in Recruitment, Learning & Development, Performance and Talent Management, Industrial Relations and other HR processes,
• Fluent in English,
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, good knowledge of Excel and Data Analysis is a strong plus,
• Have knowledge of business law,
• Able to perform in a highly dynamic environment that requires multitasking and accurate prioritization,
• Strong organizational and planning skills that closely follow the details,
• Preferably with experience in HR analytics, data evaluation and reporting,
• A good team player with strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills,
• Self-motivated, able to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment,
• Organized and result oriented,
• Have a strong work ethic,
• There is no military obligation for male candidates.

 JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing the recruitment process of the departments,
• Supporting the determination of analyzes for all training and development needs, coordinating the preparation of internal and external training plans,
• Supporting career management processes,
• Supporting the performance and talent management process,
• Contributing to the preparation and execution of all HR Projects.
