QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

At BinBin, we like to grow at an incredible pace. To accomplish our goals, we need to strategize and execute our Procurement plan by doing a mix of little & big things in the upcoming period.

We are completely growth focused at BinBin, but having a dedicated team working and reporting on products will enable us to reach our business goals in an ultra-fast fashion. Thus, we are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our dynamic team.

What you will do;

  • Understand, retrieve, aggregate and analyze data from different platforms using tools
  • Help with analysis of all customer journeys and processes, identify problems and come up with practical and executable solutions,
  • Help with regular reporting of customer experience-related metrics,
  • Prepare ad-hoc customer experience-related reports and respond to other reporting and data-related requests,
  • Analyze and identify shortcomings of all customer-related channels,
  • Liaise with technology and marketing teams on projects, align goals and steps,
  • Design Customer journeys, prepare scope documents for IT and related business units,
  • Follow comments of customers on CSAT, NPS, and app store ratings regularly and able to challenge the status quo
  • Prepare voice of customer presentations to the company
  • Follow up and help in managing CX projects.


What are we looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent departments of universities,
  • Up to 3-5 years of experience in a role including reporting and data manipulation skills and project follow-up,
  • Customer-driven mindset with a desire and ability to identify customer pain points,
  • Experience in working with IT & Marketing/Sales teams,
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office,
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English,
  • Strong interpersonal, team communication, and coordination skills,
  • Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving skills,
  • Highly self-motivated, flexible, and energetic, able to work autonomously
  • Knowledge about CRM systems and the ability to understand the ecosystem
