We are completely growth focused at BinBin, but having a dedicated team working and reporting on products will enable us to reach our business goals in an ultra-fast fashion. Thus, we are looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team.

What you will do;

• Carrying out the purchasing processes by providing the best conditions in terms of price, quality, delivery, technology, and sustainability,
• Negotiating and finalising purchasing contracts with all existing and new suppliers,
• Bringing new competent suppliers to the purchasing portfolio to reduce purchasing costs and increase the sustainability of the purchasing process,
• Ensuring the coordination and reporting of the order tracking and timely delivery process,
• Evaluating alternative suppliers and ensuring their compliance with purchasing criteria,
• Following up the min–max stock levels for the materials to be purchased, considering the lead times and price changes,
• Preparing and presenting monthly and annual purchasing and budget follow-up reports.
  
  

What are we looking for:

• Graduated from related departments of universities, preferably from engineering departments
• At least 5 years of experience in procurement (preferably technical) processes,
• Experienced in sourcing and procurement methodologies and concepts,
• Experienced in sourcing and procurement methodologies and concepts about contract management and negotiation processes,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Able to use MS Office programs effectively,
• Good communication, persuasion and analytical skills,
• Strong problem solving, analysis and reporting skills,
• High job follow-up skills and responsibility
