Qualifications :

·       Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field,

·       4+ years of Recruitment experience within a global organization,

·       Has strong communication, research, planning and organization skills,

·       Fluency in English, both written and spoken,

·       Good knowledge of MS Office Applications,

·       No military obligation for male candidates.

Job Description :

·       Conducts end-to-end recruitment process for all level of positions within a dynamic  environment,

·       Updating job descriptions, posting job announcements,

·       Creating strong candidates’ pool for future hiring,

·       Making “Headhunt” in necessary situations,

·       Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions,

·       Performs reference checks,

·       Provides recruitment reports,

·       Coordinates onboarding and orientation program for new comers,

·       Supports Employee Branding Activities such as campus events, internship projects etc.
