Job Description

• Participating customer visits with sales engineers, providing technical support to projects.
• Organizing and managing the processes of commissioning the projects in the field
• Establishing continuous and close relations with customers, creating regular visit plans
• Following active projects in the field, managing the customer's technical expectations and complaints
• Organization of necessary service actions for the detection and elimination of technical problems encountered in the field
• Following technical developments to inform the team and customers about these developments

Qualifications

• Graduate from Mechanical or Mechatronics or Electric& Electronic Engineering
• Advance level of English
• No travel restriction (%50-60 travel)
• 2-3 years field & service experience
• Construction Machinery and/or Hydraulic work experience is an advantage.
