Job Description

• Taking part in the preparation stage of the content of the training programs to follow in line with the needs of the organization, monitoring, conducting the operation and to executing
• Identifying training topics by evaluating market needs
• Building annual training program and preparing teaching plans
• Schedule internal and external training sessions
• Develop and provide technical training courses for automation technologies (electronics and industry 4.0)
• Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials and manuals
• Coordinate product-related trainings, including presentations of new features and simulation activities
• Measure improvements in trainings in accordance with the feedbacks and changing technologies
• Gather feedback from training applications

Qualifications

• Work experience as a Technical Trainer or similar role
• BS degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Control and Automation Engineering or similar departments
• Experience in developing technical course content
• Experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting
• Knowledge of industrial automation, PLC & SCADA systems, IoT, Node-RED software, industrial robots, image processing and industry 4.0 applications
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms using simple language
• Additional certification in training (e.g. Certified Technical Trainer) is a plus
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
• Fluent in English, self-driven, result oriented and team worker in a cross cultural environment
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Willingness to travel
• Very good communication skills - both written and spoken and good analytical skills
• Good presentation skills and organization skills
