Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

• Sales controls as a process, ensures correct/compliant processes within sales end to end and provides required IT infrastructure to avoid unjustified cash-out.
• Structural development of centrally driven Sales Controls process from IT point of view
• Point of contact of global IT requirements in regards with Sales Controls
• Implementation of defined processes together with stakeholders within IT environment
• Performance of training
• Global monitoring to ensure global standard of usage
• Close collaboration with Process Owners to improve standards
• Audit support

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate on several hierarchy levels in and with 'Sales Organizations'
• Substantial experience in design and optimization of business processes within sales
• Implementation experience with SAP
• Initiative, persuasiveness, assertiveness and consistent target tracking
• Ability to think analytically and in solutions
• Willingness to work in a global & virtual team
• Willingness to work in international projects with occasional travel activity
• Good communication skills and stakeholder management
• Turkish, English (fluent in spoken and written) and German preferable
