Job Description

Responsible for assigned category professional services and its corresponding supplier base
Follow overall Indirect Procurement Saving and Cost Avoidance targets
Reporting of cost saving potentials and achievements
Creating global and/or local contracts
Analyze Purchasing data, ensure data transparency and high data quality
Improve and implement standardization for assigned category (standard documents, common services & goods).
Implementation of digital solutions like EDI, SupplyOn and Automatic PO
Continuous Improvement of available Procedures and Systems in respect of Indirect Purchasing .
Making contracts with global and/or local suppliers
Global alignment and collaboration in case of potential synergies
Gathering new, competitive local suppliers to improve procurement process
Price negotiations with suppliers for getting the best price for Bosch
Catching the Delivery and Cost targets together with the project and supplier team
Stock controls and identifying re-order points of active catalog parts

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering
Self-motivated, independent, focused on results, enthusiastic, committed, team player and must be a good listener and observer
Several years of professional experience (4 - 6 years) in the automotive industry (preferred)
Excellent computer skills (excel, SAP), is essential
Good communication skills, ability to work in a team
Methodical and structured work habit
Fluent in English, German is an advantage
