Job Description

• Provide designated technical support to customers as outlined by the statement of work and industry best practices.
• Provide configuration review, troubleshooting and improved standard methodologies to our customers.
• Leading support cases, making sure to record, track, and resolve each issue efficiently and proactively
• You work closely together with Bosch Central Business Units and other Internal & external stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills, strength with establishing relationships
• You will take a active role in software development in manufacturing plant.

Qualifications

• BSc., MSc. or PhD. in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a related area is a must
• Proven 3+ years of hands-on experience in software development (Manufacturing area is a plus)
• Hands on experience in .NET framework is plus
• Strong understanding of OOP principles, Data Structures, Algorithms, Design Patterns
• Strong Experience in at least one programming language is a must (Java or C# is a plus)
• Experience in backend development (Spring, Spring Boot etc.)
• RDBMS and NoSQL DBs – Oracle, MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB
• Experience in UI technologies (Angular, React, Bootstrap etc.)
• Experience with Cloud Service Providers (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus
• Very good command of English is a must
• Experience in microservice architecture
• Experience in designing and building REST API
• Preferable with some prior experience in handling Service Support for Industrial Application System.
