QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description

Students enrolled in University Engineering and Economic Management Science departments can work minimum three days per week in our Istanbul Headquarters or Bursa & Manisa Plants.
We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Smart Start Office Assistant Indirect Purchasing Department.

Your contribution to something big:

•   Assisting the Purchasing Management regarding administrative tasks
•   Supporting office requirements, following-up operational tasks
•   Coordinating and tracking of purchasing approvals for contracts
•   Communication with suppliers regarding import documentation
•   Preparation of purchasing reports
•   Supporting Data Management Team

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

•   3rd or 4th year of Bachelor or Master student of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields,
•   Fluency in English (Excellent command of written and spoken English)
•   Strong coordination and high communication skills together with team work abilities
•   Eager to learn, dynamic personality, willingness to take initiatives
•   Result orientation with problem solving, analytical & proactive approach
•   High level of attention to details
•   Good command of MS Office applications especially MS Excel
