Job Description

• Calculation and track of worldwide R&D budget,
• Support of annual budget and monthly forecasts with variance analysis,
• Participation in month-end and year-end closings,
• Preparation and presentation of overhead and project cost controlling reports,
• Providing detailed analysis regarding the Project cost and Special earning analysis,
• Analysis of financials and key performance indicators,
• Participation in cross-functional improvement projects.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business & Economics, Industrial/Management Engineering, Statistics, Mathematical Engineering,
• Fluency in English and Turkish (German is an asset),
• Experience in similar position is an asset,
• Advanced level in MS Office Applications (including Access and Excel Macro),
• Advanced level in MS Power BI, Tableau, Python, or any other data visualization tool knowledge is an asset,
• SAP FI/CO knowledge is an asset,
• Result orientation with strong analytical thinking,
• Strong coordination, communication, and presentation skills,
• Flexible and a good team player.
