Job Description

• Act in a young team passionate for logistics!
• Managing logistics planning process for our growing business and to support export to the whole globe
• Preparing short and mid term production plans for production lines
• Tracking daily production plan adherence and reporting
• Reporting mid and long term line capacity utilization
• Preparing delivery schedule to customers located in all over the world.
• Planning, ordering and procurement of direct material
• Coordinating team including colleagues from production, logistics, sales to find smart solutions for the bottlenecks
• Working collaboratively with suppliers and customers to improve logistics performance in sustainable way with problem solving techniques
• Making information and material flow through the supply chain more efficient by means of lean studies and digital solutions
• Working in a top team and using tools of lean production, kanban management, Bosch Production System to design and operate cost effective planning processes
• Inventory planning and optimization

Qualifications

• Degree/Master in Industrial Engineering;
• Excellent command of MS-Office applications
• High analytical skills, willing to take initiative, positive, cheerful, curious and eager to learn
• Willing to work in an international atmosphere and with foreign colleagues
• Be able to explain complex situations in simple way
• Problem-solving and a can-do attitude
• Strong IT affinity
• Experience in SAP MM/PP modules is a big advantage.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (PBI, Tableau, SAC) is preferred.
• Experience in SAP MM/PP modules is a big advantage
• Willing to work in an international atmosphere and with foreign colleagues
• Very good command of Turkish and English
