Job Description

• Handling complaints from customers with an excellent communication, finalizing in time with customer satisfaction

• Communication and coordination with external service providers and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction

• Analyzing and reporting complaints in details to develop internal processes and procedures

• Ensuring compliance with the regulations and taking necessary actions

Qualifications

• Mimimun Bachelor's degree

• At least 2 years experince in complaint management

• Advanced English skills ( Verbal & Written)

• Having customer centric mindset

• Having analytical & creative thinking abilitiy

• Having good communication and organizational skills

• Eager to learn and explore, collaborative team member

• Having good knowledge on MS Office applications

• Located or willing to locate in İzmir or Manisa
