We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Product Owner - Product Delivery Performance Improvement

Your contribution to something big:

• Business unit wide implementation of improvement measures to optimize cross functional product development performance
• Scouting improvement ideas in business unit and prepare quantified pitch including project charter and value-contribution
• Develop improvement concept, support local piloting and track progress as well as benefits
• Execute business unit wide roll out of improvement measures
• Act in TT wide improvement network to guide improvement measures and to safeguard buy in of business unit

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• B.Sc degree in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• Proven experience as project and/or program manager
• Experience in CIP and/or Lean methods
• Applied knowledge in cross functional product development processes for high volumes
• Systematic and transparent solution approach
• Willingness to locally support TT development locations, mainly located in EU
• Convincing team spirit and networking mindset
• English, German preferred
