Plastic Process Engineer

We are looking for Plastic Process Engineer to join ourProcess Engineering Team in Haier Europe Turkey.

The position is located in Eskisehir.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Departments,
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a mold and/or plastic injection molding production company is a must,
• Having knowledge about quality systems,
• Having knowledge of planning, production, purchasing processes,
• Very good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Result-oriented, strong communication and team player,
• To be flexible about travel,
• Living or willing to live in Eskişehir.

Job Description

• Monitoring the production results, to manage the measurement, reporting, control and tracking systems necessary for capacity/efficiency determination,
• Determining new project requirements by participating in R&D project meetings,
• To direct the design according to the factory constraints or process quality risks, to ensure that the project needs (apparatus, equipment, etc.) are put into use in the factory in accordance with the project times,
• Combining modernizations and new investments according to the planned budget,
• Providing the support that productions are made in accordance with RFT, scrap and OEE targets,
• Improving Tool/Mold capacity,
• Improving and defining Tool/Mold TC.
