QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are searching for a passionate ‘HR Supervisor’ who is eager to contribute to our business.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 10 years experiences and last couple of years spent at managerial roles in a manufacturing company,
  • Collective Bargaining Agreement experience,
  • Strong knowledge of Turkish HR laws and regulations, wage/salary and benefits administration, union etc.
  • Fluent level English,
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization,
  • Good negotiation skills with third parties,
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills,
  • Strong planning and organisation skills,
  • Residence in Asian side of Istanbul is preferred,

Job Description

  • Manages all functions of the HR management including recruitment, talent management, performance management, training, C&B and Turkish laws and regulations,
  • Responsible for planning and establishing HR systems,
  • Responsible for setting HR strategy and policy,
  • Ensuring that all company policies and procedures are up to date and in line with current employment, social security and other applicable laws,
  • Preparation and follow up the headcount plans in accordance with the company budget,
  • Providing employee satisfaction and engagement through effectively planning of HR functions,
  • Support the company organization and strategy to achieve the best results in terms of corporate targets,
  • Supporting employees of all level through training and development programs depending on the organizational needs,
  • Sustaining employee engagement by employee opinion awareness and create internal communication opportunities to build cross relations,
  • Managing industrial relation process,
  • Directly report to General Manager
