Required Qualifications

• A sufficient command of advanced English is required.
• Graduate from an engineering department of a university.
• At least 5 years' experience in international purchasing and operations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, persuasion, and coordination skills of the highest level 

• Ability to use office programs and knowledge of MRP

Major Responsibilities

• Managing communications with the local and international suppliers

• Planning short/long term procurement of the company based on sales forecast and stocks considering the budget requirements

• Managing order processing

• Updating and calculating the price policies of the orders

• Organization of the shipments by calculating & giving the decision of transport costs according to the Lead times

• Organization of the custom duties for the goods that came from abroad

• To check all activities that are implemented in the warehouse like controlling of incoming and outgoing goods, amount of stocked goods and packing goods etc.

• Maintains the best optimum, secure stock coverage

• Follow up customer payments

• To organize and control the payments to the suppliers, also to prepare the monthly list of payments due to suppliers

• Keep company inventory at target levels by efficient procurement and logistics operations
