Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the "Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist" position. Take this opportunity to GROW together!

In this role you will:

• Support preparation and analysis of the business cycles; actuals, operating plan and rolling forecasts
• Manage the month end financial reconciliation process by acquiring evidences on the variances with the help of whole finance team
• Provide accurate and high-quality on time finance reporting in line with group guidelines
• Finance Business Partnering for opex of overhead functions: opex budget preparations for short and long-term forecasts; actual analysis and reporting the variances

To be able to successful in the role, you need to have:

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in financial & business control, reporting, planning functions preferably in FMCG industry
• SAP knowledge is an asset
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Curios and open to learn
• Strong communication skills
• Basic accounting knowledge is required/ IFRS reporting experience is an asset
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• MS Office (advanced excel) knowledge
• Independent, self-motivated and exhibits the highest standards of accuracy and organization skills
