IPRO, which stands for Innovation & Productivity Realization Office, falls within the Design to Delivery (D2D) organization. As Project & Activity Management Executive you are responsible for end-to-end leadership and execution of Innovation and Renovation projects In the context of your job and you will report to IPRO Portfolio & Project Manager in IPRO Office Department. 

In this role you will:

• Lead innovation, renovation and label change projects for our Specialized Nutrition categories
• Coordinate a x-functional team which consist of both local & global teams and factories
• Train other users/stakeholders on Innovation Management methods and tools
• Develop project implementation plans, including timelines and risk/contingency options
• Ensure project timelines include cross-functional input and decision points
• Assess project requests from the category teams
• Provide preliminary technical, logistical, cost, timeline, customer service, risk/benefit and other feasibility implications
• Ensure launch success criteria are clearly defined
• Manage project communication to business teams across the organization
• Assess and facilitate critical project decisions with business teams and/or management to ensure project priorities are optimized
• Track process metrics and project success criteria
• Report performance measures and ensure post-launch reviews are conducted
• Conduct or facilitate root cause investigations when project or process deviations occur and identifies resolutions or corrective actions
• Work closely together with the Marketing, Supply Chain, Regulatory and Finance to make the project launch a success 

To be able to successful in the role, you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree of Engineering, preferably Industrial or Food Engineering
• 4-5 years of working experience with demonstrated experience in project management within Supply Chain, Marketing or R&D functions, preferably in FMCG or Pharma industry
• Advanced English skills in speaking and writing
• Good presentation, effective communication, and negotiation skills
• To be open to challenges and able to overcome obstacles by coordinating the project team
• Analytical skills and able to overcome complex situations for the maximum benefit to the business
• PMP certification and certification in Agile project management a plus
