We are seeking for high potential candidates (junior & senior consultants) in our Actuarial Department with the following qualifications;

 ·   Bachelor's degree; preferably in math, statistics, actuarial and engineering or relevant majors,

·   Willing to have an experience as a fresh starter in actuarial teams responsible from audits and consulting of insurance companies,

.   Ability work in a team environment,

·   Good command of English both written and spoken,

·   Having analytical and structured thinking,

.   Experience on actuarial software (ResQ, IBNRS, Moses and Prophet) will be greatly appreciated,

.   Understanding of local regulations (in Turkey),

.   Working on IFRS17 is a plus,

.   Working knowledge of Excel, MS project, MS word

.   Qualified actuaries or candidates who have demonstrated good progress with the actuarial examinations is a plus,  

·   Ability to travel,

·   Audit experience will be highly appreciated (1 year of experience for junior, 2-5 years of experience for senior candidates),

·   Set, plan and accomplish goals under strict deadlines.

Roles & Responsibilities

In our Actuarial team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.

You’ll make part of a medium/long term cooperation dedicated to insurance industry both life and non-life.

 You’ll:

. Perform actuarial subjects for selected audit activities as part of delivery of high – quality audits of financial statements,

. Prepare audit documentation in Deloitte audit software using templates to support the audit,

. Work as part of a multidisciplinary consulting or joint client – consultant team to analyze issues and develop value-added solutions, specifically across life, non-life and business consulting projects,

. Develop strong understanding of the life and non-life insurance industry in Turkey,

. Manage your time effectively between multiple assignments at a time,
