• At least bachelor degree from Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration,Economics etc.
• Preferably 2-4 years of payment systems, POS, merchant business product experience
• Knowledge in primary principles of payment systems operations.
• Good at presentation, communication, coordination, teamwork and multi-task management
• Ability to solve its own problem and cope with the change
• Fluent in English

• Designing new payment systems, POS- Merchant products
• Creating workflows of all product management process and coordinating and cooperating with the related internal departments in order to reach product targets
• Managing the performance and activity of digital payment products
• Creating strategies to increase profitability
• Managing the agreements and integration processes to be made with business partners for the creation of new payment systems products
• To be in contact with stakeholders within and outside of Denizbank regarding product management issues
• Product management of new generation payment acceptance methods
• Determining the system needs in new product and service developments related to digital payments and POS mobile applications
• Managing relations with strategic partners and 3rd parties, evaluating cooperation opportunities and developing new projects
• Identifying new ideas by following market and customer needs, competition benchmarks, technological development and working closely with all the stakeholders during project phases
• Determining and driving marketing strategies of the assigned products
• Following the marketing and technological trends in the payment sector
