Job Description:

• To manage the Antalya service centers within the scope of Global Standard Procedures and in line with the specified KPIs
•   To support and manage business continuity and customer relations from an operational point of view.
•   To make operational resource planning in order to reach the determined efficiency targets by following the efficiency criteria closely
• Ensure that all inbound/outbound shipments travel within the promised transit time
• To provide the necessary training and motivation by directing all employees in line with the performance criterias.
• Ensure the implementation of global and local projects, programs and initiatives
• Carrying out the company's annual performance evaluation process for his/her team.

Qualifications:

• University Degree
• Minimum 2 years of team management experience
• Excellent command of English; both in written and verbal
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications

• Able to take initiative, analytical thinking and customer oriented

•  Have B class driving licence and able to drive actively

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
