IDEAL PROFILE

• Graduated from Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering and similar departments of universities
• At least 4 years experience in Oracle, MSSQL databases administration
• Good knowledge and experience in ASM, RAC, Dataguard, EM
• Good knowledge and experience in MSSQL Server cluster, high availability architecture
• Good knowledge of Solaris/Linux operating systems and shell scripting
• Being familiar with new technologies such as nosql, redis, memcached, elastic search
• Preferably has knowledge and experience in MySQL, Postgres databases
• Preferably has knowledge and experience in application servers (Weblogic, JBoss)
• Knowledge of Goldengate, Exadata is a plus
• Preferred candidates should have attention to detail, high motivation, analytical thinking, team working and the ability to work proactively
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Completed military service for male candidates

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Installing new databases according to business needs on-prem and cloud
• Administering, maintenance, security and performance improvement works of existing databases of Oracle 11g/12c, MSSQL 2008/2012/2016 on-prem and cloud
• Monitoring of system resources and creating the necessary alarms mechanism
• Creating and performing database backup/recovery and restore procedures regularly
• Working with software team on performance issues, proactively producing solutions partitioning, SQL tuning etc.
• 7x24 support for critical systems
