Laboratory Specialist (R&D - Taste)

Döhler Turkey is looking for Lab Specialist for our to be employed in our Istanbul Maltepe Office with the following qualifications;

Your Role

• Performing and monitoring analysis in analytical equipments GC, HPLC etc,
• Experience in instrumental and analytical chemistry on qualitative and quantitative aspects,
• Interpretation and reporting of analytical process,
• Project assistance for flavour creation in coordination with business units and sales,
• Assisting flavorist in flavor creation and development processes,
• Identify projects to enhance flavor/offering delivery capabilities,
• Sample preparation of different flavour delivery systems,
• Supporting of developement of new methods, new technologies for flavours,
• Assisting Production and QC departments for flavour process flows and raw Material quality.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering departments especially master's degree in Organic Chemistry,
• Preferably min. 1 years of experience in in flavour&fragrance industry,
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP, 
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English, 
• Good team player, strong communication skills,
• Highlighting the creativity feature in product development,
• Analytical thinking with innovative point of view, high problem solving skill,
• The ability to work under pressure and stress,
• Willing to take initiative and responsibility,
