Döhler Turkey is looking for a "Sampling Specialist" to be employed in our İzmir Plant with the following qualifications;

Your Role

• Working in cooperation with the relevant departments during the sampling process,
• Taking samples according to standard requirements and legal obligations,
• Supporting the fulfillment of standard requirements and legal obligations,
• Leading the preparation of technical files and legal compliance,
• Providing support for the conduct of relations with the relevant regulatory authorities if required,
• Informing the team about the regulatory requirements requested by residue monitoring authorities in target markets in Turkey and abroad,
• Following international developments in standards,
• Raising awareness to operate in accordance with the regulations, organizing trainings and supporting activities for the teams in this context,
• Providing support to internal QMS audits and organizing and coordinating sampling audits if required,
• Supporting the analysis processes, leading the determination of sampling methods.

Your Profile

• Preferably at least 2 years of experience in a similar position,
• Bachelor's degree in Food Engineer or Chemistry,
• Preferably having experience in fruit-vegetable-organic, laboratory, certification sectors, having command of international standards,
• Paying attention to details, managing regular documentation,
• Having knowledge about testing and validation applications,
• Fluent in English and/or German,
• Having knowledge about pesticide, contamination and residue regulations,
• Having a Class B driver's license and being able to actively drive,
• Being convenient for a busy travel schedule.
