WHICH SPECIALITIES THAT MAKES YOU PUT FORWARD IN THE POSITION WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

•           Bachelor or Master's Degree,

•           5 years experience,

•           HR Business Partner experience, preferably in the technology industry,

•           IT related technical recruitment experience,

•           Having strong business relationships and result oriented,

•           Having good command of English,

•           Good level of MS Office programs

 WHAT IS DONE IN THIS POSITION?

•           Working with related departments to understand the business needs

•           Executing recruitment, on-offboarding, performance management, talent management, employee engagement and organizational changes processes for his/her accounts,

•           Develop recruitment andsourcing strategies to develop high quality active and passive candidates for his/her accounts,

•           Conducting the activities that impacts employee experience and employer branding

•           Coordinate related process and lifecycle including job description, audits, interviews, offers, orientations and onboarding,

•           Responsible for performance management process,

•           Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures,

•           Conducting exit interviews, analyzing and reporting the results

•           Prepare and follow up HR reports,

•           Supporting other Human Resources projects and Human Resources improvement studies in line with  business needs. (Employee surveys etc)
