We are looking for a teammate for the position of IT Responsible to work in our company located in Izmir/Torbali.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or associate degree related with IT departments of universities,
• Minimum 5 years experience in similar roles,
• Excellent knowledge of;

     - Network systems and server administration,
    - Website administration and hosting management,
    - Google Workspace administration,
    - ERP support experience and SQL management will be advantageous,

• Residing or willing to move in Izmir

Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate the IT equipments due needs of the company,
• Following the IT equipment inventory list and and keeping it up to date,
• Preparation of IT equipments for the new employees,
• Server management, users’ access, firewall managing etc.
• Support for the issues reported by the end users,
• Administration of Google Workspace, keeping users’ situations up to date and store/restore of the user data,
• Ensure security of data both for server and Google Drive, follow-up the back-up of the data periodically,
• Keep tracking and report to management regarding users’ activities in Google Drive.
