Category & Pricing Associate

DyDo Drinco Turkey İçecek Satış ve Pazarlama A.Ş.

DyDo Drinco Turkey, owner of pioneer beverage brands such as Çamlıca, Cola Turka, İçim and Saka, is looking for a “Category & Pricing Associate’’ to be in our HQ Altunizade. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

• Increasing sales and profitability in Traditional Channel to ensure sustainable growth,
• Liaising with Sales& Finance teams to determine competitive pricing,
• Tracking and analyze P&L analysis by pack monthly to identify opportunities to improve the mix ahead to drive profitable revenue growth,
• Analyzing data or insights to determine channel-specific consumer needs including consumer satisfaction,
• Analyzing user needs of related category and preparing action project plans based on this analysis,
• Responsible for trade marketing activities’ planning, bugdet preparation and monitoring,
• Following competition actions in close coordination with sales team, gathering insights to modify company execution models,
• Controlling & audit merchandising activities and competition pricing on-field by periodic visits,
• Measuring and enhancing product & channel performance,
• Planning and monitor distribution, visibility, and in-store activities,
• Supporting channel-based launches and consumer programs,
• Preparing campaign plans according to company’s monthly focus target in coordination with the planning department.

Qualifications

• BSc/BA degree in business administration, engineering or other related fields,
• Proven experience in Sales, Category or Trade Marketing preferably in FMCG (min. 3-5 years),
• Demonstrated success in P&L management, budget delivery, and growth momentum,
• Knowledge of category management and pricing,
• Exceptional communication skills are also key for this role especially with the sales team,
• Fluency in English,
• Must have a commercial mindset and full comprehension of marketing and sales principles,
• Deep understanding of sales&consumer data as well as competitive analysis.
